Skillset in conjunction with a thriving flooring specialist are currently seeking applications for their new Retail Trainee to join their Dubbo team. Our client specialises in a large variety of high quality floor coverings and blinds, and is experiencing rapid growth. This full-time position is a great opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain a nationally recognised qualification.  The successful candidate will complete their Certificate III in Retail

OUR OFFERING:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high quality personalised customer service
• Assist in measuring and quoting for a wide range of clients
• Assist in ordering stock
• Providing accurate measurements
• Learning basics on installing
• Follow WHS procedures and workplace processes
• Learn the foundations and content to develop skills and knowledge used in the Industry
• Complete all related TAFE work and attend classes associated with the Traineeship

WE ARE SEEKING INDIVIDUALS WHO:

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a diverse team
• White Card or be willing to obtain a White Card before commencement
• Working with Children’s check or willing to obtain before commencement
• Current drivers licence
• Experience working in customer service
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop own skills and knowledge
• Committed to the study component of the Traineeship
• Willing to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical and Police Check prior to commencement
