Skillset in conjunction with our Host Business, a well-known and respected business specialising in property consulting, is seeking a passionate individual to kick start their business career in Orange NSW. As part of the role, the successful applicant will also complete a Certificate III in Business Services.

These entry-level roles are 12-month full time placements that will provide on the job experience whilst allowing you time to complete your study. You will be allocated a Workforce Consultant that will support you through your traineeship. At the successful completion of the Business Traineeship you will graduate with a Nationally Recognised Qualification.

This position is suited to an individual who is highly motivated, has an aptitude for customer service and works well in a team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide a high level of customer service both face to face and over the telephone
• Manage diaries
• Complete administration duties including filing, faxing, data entry, photocopying and scanning
• Order office supplies and maintain cleanliness of the office as required during the day
• Adhere to the procedures regarding client privacy

WE ARE SEEKING INDIVIDUALS:

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop own skills and knowledge
• Committed to the study component of the Traineeship
• Experience in the delivery of quality customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
• Time management and organisational skills
