About the Role Skillset, in partnership with a reputable local electrical company, is seeking applications for a full-time Electrical Apprenticeship based in Dubbo, NSW. This is a fantastic entry‑level opportunity to start your career in the Industrial Electrical Industry while completing a Certificate III in Electrotechnology – Electrician over four years. This qualification is listed on the Australian Apprenticeships Priority List, and the successful candidate may be eligible for up to $5,000 through the Australian Apprentice Training Support Payment during the first two years. Duties Assist qualified electricians across industrial and mining worksites Support electrical installations, maintenance, and upgrades Identify, diagnose, and repair electrical faults and hazards Assist with power line work Safely operate a range of hand and power tools Skills and Experience We are looking for individuals who: Have a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in the industrial electrical industry Can work safely and follow Work Health and Safety procedures Demonstrate problem-solving ability, adaptability and strong attention to detail Hold a minimum Provision P1 Drivers Licence Hold a White Card or are willing to obtain one Culture You will be joining a supportive team environment where learning, safety, and professional development are prioritised.
