About the Roles Skillset is seeking reliable Civil Labourers and Machine Operators for multiple casual opportunities across Bathurst and surrounding areas. Whether you're an experienced operator or a hardworking labourer looking to grow within the civil construction industry, we'd love to hear from you. Duties General Labourers Assist with site set-up, clean-up and general manual labour duties Load, unload and move materials, tools and equipment around site Follow WHS procedures and support safe site operations Operators Operate civil and construction machinery safely and efficiently including dump trucks, scrapers and compactors.
